Les Ottolenghi, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer

Les has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in start-ups and as an executive in Fortune 500 companies. As co-founder of INTENT MediaWorks, he has built a company that is the leader in digital media distribution. Les advised the White House in March 2005 on new business models and has testified before the U.S. Supreme Court (re: MGM v. Grokster) and the Federal Trade Commission regarding legitimate P2P use. Prior to INTENT MediaWorks, Les co-founded and was CEO of AgentWare and served as Vice President of Carlson Wagonlit Travel, where he led a team that built the groundbreaking Mercavia Network, tying more than 5,000 travel agents directly to travel suppliers via the Internet. Les earned a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Emory University's Goizueta School of Business, where he received a Woodruff Fellowship and graduated Beta Gamma Sigma. Currently, he is an adjunct professor at Emory University, teaching technology and business strategy.

Glenn Martin, Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer

Glenn has over 15 years of management experience in electronic commerce and distribution, strategic planning and marketing systems. He co-founded and was COO of AgentWare, responsible for the planning and development of the technology platform and day-to-day operations. Prior to AgentWare, Glenn served as Senior Director of Advance Technology for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, responsible for the design, development and operation of the company's centralized travel solutions, including the Mercavia Network. Glenn is a member of the Travel Industry Association on Interactive Services, Interactive Television Association and Interactive Multimedia Association. He earned a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of the South and an M.B.A. from Emory University's Goizueta School of Business.

Andy Cooper, President

Andy has extensive experience as both an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. Intent MediaWorks provides technology systems and services for the secure, legal and profitable distribution of digital media via the Internet (on open P2P, closed P2P, social networks, the web, and IPTV). Andy founded and was co-CEO of Unison Site Management, a leading cellular site owner. He also founded Avesta Technologies, an enterprise software company, where he served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of business development and sales. Avesta was purchased by Visual Networks. Additionally, Andy was with Morgan Stanley & Co. for fourteen years, most recently as principal of Morgan Stanley Venture Partners, focusing on late-stage venture investments, consolidations and buy-outs. He was the lead partner and served on the board of directors of a number of companies including: CSG Systems International (the leading cable customer and billings solutions provider); Protection One Alarm (residential alarm company); LionBridge Technologies (software localization company) and Weblink Wireless (messaging company). Prior to joining the venture group at Morgan Stanley, Andy worked in the debt capital markets and mergers and acquisitions divisions. Andy earned his B.A. degree from Duke University.
